From February 1 to 4, 2017, the largest WFUNA International Model United Nations (WIMUN) conference yet was held in New York at UN Headquarters bringing together 850 faculty advisors, delegates, and secretariat members from over 70 countries. Those in attendance took part in a UN4MUN simulation of United Nations procedure mirroring topics from the UN’s current agenda within the conference’s theme: “Building Peaceful, Just and Inclusive Societies.”

WIMUN is WFUNA’s flagship model UN conference offered annually in New York at UN Headquarters. The second regional conference will take place in Agra, India from April 29 – May 3, 2017.
