Structure

UNYSAN is a national organisation. It is headed by the National President, supported by three Vice-Presidents (making up the National Executive). The National Executive manages the day-to-day administration of the organisation, e.g. financial auditing, coordination of sponsorship, document storage, and management of the National Design Team. There are four regional councils in Nepal, which are responsible for running regional events and outreach programmes (Model UN events outside of the urban centres). The National Council discusses major policies and strategic planning, which is the meeting of senior officeholders in the organisation.
