European UNAs Youth Meeting - Brussels, November 2013

The European UNAs Youth Meeting takes place both joint and parallel to the biannual European UNAs Meeting in Geneva, Switzerland and Brussels, Belgium. Youth representatives from UN Youth Associations and UNA Youth Sections/Chapters/Wings join and participate in the first day of the general meeting of UNAs. While the general meeting continues for the second day, youth representatives meet separately.

The European UNAs Youth Meeting aims to be a creative space for collaboration, capacity-building, exchange and engagement. It intends to enhance the capacity of the WFUNA Youth Network by facilting a medium where youth representatives gather, build relationships, interact and learn from each other.

The objectives of the European UNAs Youth Meeting are:

  • To build the capacity of the members of the WFUNA Youth Network
  • To share best practices
  • To inform of opportunities for engagement with WFUNA
  • To enhance collaboration and communication between UN Youth Associations, UNA Youth Sections, Chapters or Wings.

WFUNA is the convenor of the European UNAs Youth Meeting.
