General Information
The 40th Plenary Assembly will be hosted by UNA-Brazil in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and held at Ibmec University in Barra da Tijuca on 6-10 November.
- The Plenary Assembly is the supreme organ of the Federation, responsible for setting and pursuing our core objectives in support of the United Nations. Each United Nations Association is a valued member of the Federation and is actively encouraged to participate.

- Tuesday, 6 November: Seminar
- Wednesday, 7 November: Registration and Informal Meetings
- Thursday, 8 November - Saturday, 10 November: WFUNA 40th Plenary Assembly

How to Register
Registration by Email Invitation
WFUNA has sent invitations to all UNA leadership to register for the 40th Plenary Assembly from plenary@wfuna.org. Recipients of this email are the primary registrants. Only the person who received the invitation email can register members of their delegation, and modify registration information. You will receive one confirmation email for all registrants.
If you have not received an email from Cvent or WFUNA by 14 May, 2012, please send us an email to plenary@wfuna.org.
- 5 Delegates (Including yourself. One Head of Delegation must also be nominated)
- 5 Alternates
- 5 Youth delegates (18-30 years old. Youth delegates will be required to present proof of ID and Date of Birth upon check-in at the Plenary)
Add/Drop Delegates
If you need to add/drop delegates, simply log in to your registration with your confirmation number. Modify your registration and "Add Guest" to add delegates. Select those individuals you would like to unregister and click, "Next."
Canceling/Unregistering
If you would like to unregister yourself (primary registrant), please contact plenary@wfuna.org. Canceling your own registration will delete registration information for all delegates.
